What do they say about Ana’s supply chain speaking encounters?
I had the pleasure of meeting Ana as she volunteered to run a workshop designed for women entrepreneurs. Her positive vibe fills the screen and her passion and expertise in Supply Chain Management make her workshop a fun engagement. She is super knowledgeable in her field and she welcomes everyone and every question with great openness. I am looking forward to collaborating with her on future projects. Thanks, Ana, and wish you great success.
What do clients say about Ana’s supply chain mentoring experiences?
Women in Aerospace Canada partnered with Ana to create a Supply Chain 101 Technical Series to help our members gain knowledge and a better understanding of the Supply Chain discipline. Ana’s holistic approach and pure passion for supply chain operations made this program incredibly informative, thought-provoking, and relevant particularly as the aerospace sector moves towards a much-needed post-pandemic recovery. Weaving in her personal experience as a female professional having practiced across different industries and with a rich global and cultural perspective, Ana’s workshops were so very well received. Women in Aerospace Canada look forward to working with Ana again in the future..

She has a great ability to create innovative solutions and to bring together and provide focus to internal and external teams to achieve goals in often complex environments.

Ana’s vast experience having lived and worked in several countries around the world allows her to be truly effective in understanding the diversity of industries, corporate cultures, teams and individuals, and to implement the right strategies to achieve results. Is Supplier Relationship Management useful only for manufacturers?
Ana comes from a rigorous manufacturing environment, but it was not hard for her to relate to other business setups that are equally subject to great complexity and volatility. Her frameworks focus on how our collective values and vision as a company shape the strategy of what we want to accomplish for our clients and how we can make our suppliers consistent contributors in achieving that vision.
Is it effective to work with a consultant located in another country?
At first, I thought it may not be productive to work with a consultant located in the other side of the world, but Ana is a great leader as she is a team player. She is very dynamic and open to making things work. She has a thorough understanding of supply chain management and knows what it takes to overcome obstacles and her frameworks are designed to yield results and to succeed in attaining one’s goals, no matter where in the world you are.

How is it to have Ana as a client?
Ana is a pleasure to work with. Focused, creative, results-oriented and an assertive communicator. Ana is a great storyteller and there is always something new and insightful to take away from our business meetings.
Is Ana’s corporate experience valuable for start-ups and small businesses?
When I looked at Ana’s background, I felt her corporate experience was going to be too much for our small business. What if she can’t relate to our environment? But we felt so comfortable around her that we decided to give it a try and it is one of the best decisions we’ve made. Ana brings so much energy and a ton of experience and hacks to create strategies, remove obstacles and achieve results efficiently. She keeps us focused on making progress and on building the kind of positive relationships we want to have with our suppliers and clients.
